Booking
1 Enroll through the Internet, by fax or through your travel agent
2 You will receive your confirmation in 3 days along with price quotation.
3 Payment is due after confirmation, reserve early as the number of places is limited.
4 Your confirmation is guaranteed upon receiving payment.
5 Should you need to cancel your trip, The INSTITUT will reimburse 100% of the fees minus 80 Euros for cancellation made 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation Fees

If you have to cancel your trip, the Institut will keep 80 Euros of administrative fees in any cases.
-30% non refundable for cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival.
-50% non refundable for cancellations made 7 to 15 days before arrival.
-75% non refundable for cancellations made 1 to 6 days before arrival.
-100% non refundable for non appearances. .

 

General conditions
Deposit :
There is a 500 FF security deposit for apartment lodging. Cleaning services come with extra charges. The security deposit is entirely reimbursed on the departure date minus any damage costs incurred or cleaning service fees that become necessary . 		Visitor tax : There is a daily 2FF tax due to the town.
Insurance : Sporting activities at the Institute are covered by Insurance. Personal effects and belongings are however not covered against theft nor damage.

The first Monday is scheduled for reception, orientation and testing of french levels. This first meeting is held at 9:00 am in front of the reception of the château. .
