Summer Classes

The INSTITUT GRAND BLEU is now offering you the opportunity to join an intensive French Program in CANNES during the summer season.

At a 10 minute walk from the historic center of the city, the INSTITUT GRAND BLEU has combined experience, imagination and teaching skills to offer you the unique experience of learning French the most beautiful surrounding of the French Riviera.

The town of CANNES is world wide famous with its Film Festival and is definitely one of the most cultural and active cities in the South of France. It has wo marinas, a historic center with little boutiques and restaurants, a Provencal market and large shopping avenues with beautiful "promenades" along the white sand beaches. During summer season you will enjoy the day and night life of the city and meet people who do take pleasure in speaking and communicating in a very French and relaxed atmosphere.

As the train station is only 5 minutes away from the school you can get to any other city such as Nice, Monaco or Aix-en-Provence.

The program includes :

• 20 lessons of 45 minutes in small groups (max. 12 students per class).
• Accommodation in Cannes in double or single room.
• Breakfast and dinner every day from Sunday to Saturday.
• An every day program of extra excursions at a reasonable fee.
• All information to make your stay enjoyable on the Riviera.

  PRICE : Double 450 € /week. Single + 100 € (Extra day 35 €)

Accommodation, classes and restaurant are located at the Lycée Carnot which has 60 bedrooms in a green and quiet garden area. All rooms are modern and clean with private bathroom and toilet. The main building has a very stylish colonial architecture and has been completely refurbished in year 2000

• HOME STAY :
  Stay with a French family half board from Sunday to Saturday (Close to the school)
  PRICE: Double 450 €/ week. Single + 110 € (Extra night 35 €) ·
• PRIVATE APARTMENT :
  Residence Massena*** with kitchenette.
  No boarding. (Friend or family welcome at no extra charge).
  2 roomed apartment on quotation.
  PRICE : Double 550 €/ week. Single + 220 € (Extra night 75 €)

TRANSFERT FROM NICE AIRPORT :

• By airport bus : direct to the center of Cannes every 30 minutes then take local bus N° 201 to Lycée CARNOT.
• If you stay in a family, take the airport bus to Cannes then a taxi or call the family from the bus station in Cannes.
• Reserve an airport transfer : Our staff will be waiting for you at the airport and will drive you to the school or to your family for extra charge of 50 €.
